mAgma will work with all stakeholders in farmland including brokers, farmers, long-time landowners, and new landowners. mAgma aims to close the gap between farmland investors and landowners who desire to gain equity. By leveraging the online platform capabilities, and managing for sustainability and appreciation, mAgma can provide flexible solutions for your farmland.
mAgma collaborates with landowners to derive the most value from the property while creating an offering structure and business plan that is marketable and attractive to investors. Considerations for estate and tax planning will be analyzed when determining viable options. The sale lease back model or a minority holding in the farm can be used to stay connected to the property and share in its success. mAgma will keep all personal and property information confidential throughout the process of selling a farm.
mAgma is looking for any farms including conventional, organic, row, and permanent cropping systems in high-producing agricultural regions across the country. mAgma works with landowners to implement infrastructure and asset improvements prior to completing the offering.
